Justworks was a renovation project for an existing coworking office space located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project focused on refreshing key interior elements and improving building systems to enhance the functionality and appearance of the workspace.

The scope of work included minor drywall repairs throughout the facility, followed by interior painting to provide an updated and refreshed environment for tenants and visitors. Additional improvements included providing new electrical service to the existing reception desk to support workplace operations and technology needs. The project also involved modifications to the fire alarm system to integrate with access control magnetic locks, improving life safety functionality and code compliance.

The completed renovation modernized the coworking space through targeted interior upgrades and system enhancements while maintaining the facility’s role as a flexible and professional workplace environment.
