South Denver Endoscopy Center Expansion is an 8,743-square-foot tenant finish and renovation project located within a medical office building on the Swedish Medical Center campus in Denver, Colorado. The project involved the expansion and modernization of an existing outpatient endoscopy clinic, creating a functional healthcare environment designed to support efficient patient care and clinical operations.
The scope of work included selective demolition, new framing, HVAC modifications and distribution, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and complete interior finishes throughout the renovated space. Designed specifically for outpatient services, the project enhanced the clinic’s capacity while maintaining a comfortable and patient-focused setting.
A key challenge of the project was the phased construction approach, as portions of the facility remained occupied and operational throughout the renovation. Extensive coordination with the tenant and facility staff was required to minimize disruptions, maintain patient safety, and ensure continuity of care during construction. The completed expansion provides modernized clinical spaces and improved operational efficiency while supporting the growing needs of the endoscopy practice within the Swedish Medical Center healthcare campus.
