PDS Health – Pacific Dental Services Buckeye 6 is a 4,500-square-foot tenant improvement project located in Buckeye, Arizona. The project involved the conversion of an existing shell commercial space into a modern, fully functional dental office designed to support efficient patient care, clinical operations, and staff productivity.
The scope of work included the construction of new non-structural interior partitions, two new restrooms, and the installation of mechanical supply and return air distribution systems. Additional improvements encompassed new plumbing and electrical infrastructure, including lighting, receptacles, and switches throughout the facility. The buildout also featured T-bar ceiling systems and complete interior finishes in accordance with the project plans, creating a professional and welcoming healthcare environment. Upon completion, the space provided a durable, efficient, and patient-focused dental practice tailored to the operational needs of PDS Health.
