PDS Health – Pacific Dental Services Buckeye 7 is a 5,000-square-foot tenant improvement project located in Buckeye, Arizona. The project transformed an existing shell commercial space into a fully functional dental office designed to support efficient clinical operations and provide a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
The scope of work included the construction of new non-structural interior partitions, installation of two new restrooms, and the complete buildout of the dental office in accordance with the project drawings. Building systems work included new mechanical supply and return air distribution, plumbing infrastructure, electrical power distribution, lighting, switches, and receptacles throughout the facility. Additional improvements included T-bar ceiling systems and complete interior finishes, resulting in a modern healthcare environment tailored to the operational needs of a dental practice. The completed project delivers a durable, functional, and patient-focused space that supports high-quality dental care services.
