Our History
Raine Building was founded in 2012 by Matt Raine in Colorado Springs with a simple vision: build a company rooted in quality, trust, and strong relationships. What began as a small, locally owned business has grown steadily over the years, guided by a commitment to doing great work and taking care of people.
As our relationships and opportunities expanded, so did our footprint. We established a presence in Denver in 2019 and continued our growth into the Phoenix market in 2025. While our reach has grown, we remain proudly locally owned and operated, staying true to the values that shaped us from the beginning.
Our team is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that great projects start with great people—our employees, our trade partners, and our clients. That mindset is reflected in every project we complete, from ground-up construction to the many tenant improvements and commercial build-outs we’ve delivered.
